Simply call or email to let us know. We will gladly reschedule for you. Remember, your housekeeper is reserved exclusively for your scheduled appointment. Please provide 48 hours notice to avoid any cancellation/rescheduling fees.

Yes! To get the most out of our services, we recommend doing the following:
• Clean and declutter any areas that you would like us to focus on before the cleaners arrive
• Have all materials and supplies ready for the cleaners
• Communicate any specific instructions or requests to the cleaners before their arrival
• Provide feedback after the cleaning is complete so that we can continue to improve our services.
